9-05 Non Violent Communication (NVC)

Non-Violent Communication (NVC) is a way to communicate and get in touch with the needs behind the feelings and can lead to peace and joyful communication

For people familiar with NVC the concepts can also be applied to physical healing by looking at the feeling (signs and symptoms) and what is the unmet need from a physical perspective.

Pain, for example, we can think of pain as a feeling linked to an unmet need. The need might be oxygen for the tissues, nutrition, space, community, safety, etc.

Within the concept of Non Violent Communication, things can shift significantly when each person (I would say cell) can get in touch with their feelings and their needs while at the same time recognizing or guessing at the feelings and needs of the people (tissues) around them.
